We help fight pediatric cancer, diabetes and hunger through medical and food programs, health education and emotional/spiritual support for children in nine countries endangered by disease, poverty, war and natural disaster.

We deliver practical aid to the poor and oppressed, while also strengthening local charities, hospitals and churches to meet current needs and develop long-term solutions to problems.

The softest part of my heart has always belonged to children. Scripture quotes Jesus as saying "Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for such is the kingdom of God." In essence of this scripture, I founded A Child's Hope Fund.

The saddest experiences in my life, including my years as a Pastor, were watching ill children suffer. That sadness compels me to put forth my efforts to relieve some of the discomfort in children. Whether it is a shipment of vaccines so children can avoid illness or insulin so the child diabetic can live a full life, I want to help!

It is only through the generosity of our donors that I am able to provide this help. I am convinced that God has given me this mission, and I assure you I take it quite seriously. I believe in good stewardship with every dollar received.

• In 2005-2007, ACHF shipped well over $13 million of vital medicine, medical equipment and supplies to medical professionals serving impoverished communities all over the world, in countries such as Honduras, El Salvador, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, and Panama. We placed a special emphasis on fighting AIDS and cancer, strengthening prenatal care, and reducing infant deaths.

• We offer our indigenous partners technical and human resource assistance, including project management strategies and accountability resources, so they can do a better job for the people they serve.
